Pasta with salmon and truffle is easy and good after a day at work and is suitable for 4 people.
1 fedd finhakket hvitløk
1 pose frosne erter
600 g laks i terninger
4 vårløk
3 dl fløte
1 ss fiske- eller grønnsaksfond (ev. buljongterning)
Salt and pepper
1 glass syltet trøffel
Pasta according to your own wishes
Heat the cream and add the garlic. Let it cook until the sauce thickens a little. Add salmon and peas. Bring to a boil, add spring onions and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Put the pasta on the plate, the salmon with sauce up and put on slices of truffle. Quick and easy! Serve with Parmesan, which guests can tear over themselves.
