Pasta with truffle and cream sauce is an easy and good dinner or lunch dish. You can buy truffles in small jars in well-stocked food stores, such as Menu.
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 finely chopped onion
3 dl cream
1 tablespoon chicken stock or vegetable stock (possibly bouillon cubes)
1 handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 glass of pickled truffle
Pasta according to your own wishes
Reven parmesan
Fry the onion shiny in a little oil. Add cream, stock and garlic. Let it cook until the sauce thickens a little. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Mix pasta and sauce and add slices of truffle. Grate over parmesan and serve.
