Rakfisktartar is rakfisk for beginners. I haven't grown up with rakfisk, and haven't had a particularly good relationship with it. Once I've had it served, I've eaten, but not with any great pleasure. When I tasted this appetizer, I experienced for the very first time that I actually liked rakfisk, so it can really be recommended to beginners. Rakfisktartartar is easy to make too. The recipe is suitable for 4-6 people.
200 g medium aged grated fish, finely chopped
15 cm leeks, finely chopped
3/4 cup sour cream
Freshly ground pepper
Mix everything together and season with pepper. Serve rakfisktartar with a lettuce leaf and some crispy or some good bread.
