Sauce for shellfish

This sauce goes well with most shellfish and I think it lifts the whole meal.

2 dl mayonnaise

2 dl fresh cream

1 dl finely chopped dill

Grated peel of 1 lemon

The juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and pepper

Tiny sugar

Stir together and let the sauce stand and soak in the min. 1 hour before serving.
