Peanut cakes taste good and are great to make with children, as they are easy to make and there is no baking involved. I often make them for Christmas too and they are very popular with us.
1 box light syrup
1 glass of peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 pk finknust Ritzkjeks.
Warm syrup and peanut butter. Mix everything together. Spread the batter over baking paper in a small, long pan. Sprinkle with crushed M&M's and refrigerate.
When the peanut cakes have hardened, they are cut into cubes with a pizza wheel.
