Thai salad with mango and chicken

Thai salad with mango and chickenis a light and good lunch or dinner dish. The salad also goes well with other types of meat and with fried or grilled fish.

Salads:

1 mango in small cubes

1/2 cucumber into small cubes

2 finely chopped spring onions

1 finely chopped, red pepper

2 finely chopped chilies

2 lime, the juice

1 pot finely chopped coriander

Everything is mixed.

The chicken:

Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Fry or grill them on both sides. Cut them into slices and put them on plates with the salad on top. Drizzle over ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce), lime juice or any other sauce you like. Garnish with a lime slice.
