Pepper Jackost has arrived in my store. I think it tastes very good, with a little stitch of jalapeno. Here I have used it in my omelette. You can of course use another cheese, if you want.
4 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
1/4 finely chopped pepper
1 pk finely chopped bacon
2 finely chopped mushrooms
Fry bacon and mushrooms in a little butter in the frying pan. Whisk together eggs, cream, chives and peppers and pour the mixture over the bacon and mushrooms. When the omelette has set a little, put slices of pepper jack cheese on top. Put the lid on and let the omelette cook until done.
Served with tomato, cucumber and good bread.
