Loaf pizza – cheese sandwiches or toast with meat sauce are perfect if you have some white bread and some leftovers. It is also great and easy food, if you are going to serve many, e.g. at children's birthday parties. Here I have leftover meat sauce, which I have previously used with pasta.
You need approx. 2-3 slices of loin per person. Place the meat sauce on top and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake the loaf pizza in the oven at 225 degrees until the cheese is golden and the meat sauce is hot.
Serve loaf pizza alone or with a good salad. Here I have used salad from my own garden, together with edible flowers.
