Bean agu

This delicious ragout goes well with most white fish and fried meats.

2 onions in strips

2 garlic, finely chopped

1 box bean mix

1 box chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoon chicken or vegetable stock

1 yellow pepper in large cubes

1 handful of finely chopped herbs, eg, parsley, oregano or thyme

Salt and pepper

Fry the onion in a little oil. Add garlic, fondue and chopped tomatoes. Let it simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes, preferably longer. Add peppers, beans and herbs and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
