Diabetes waffles

These waffles are made without sugar and can be eaten by diabetics.

50 g melted butter

4 egg

100 g sukrin gold

280 g of wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cardamom

5 dl milk

Stir together the dry and make a pit in the middle. Add milk, eggs and butter in the middle and stir in the dry little by little, until you have a smooth mixture. Let the batter swell in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, preferably longer.

Bake in a waffle iron and serve with sour cream and jam.
