Scrambled eggs - egg mince

Scrambled eggs or chopped eggs, I hardly think I know anyone who doesn't like them. It tastes good, both for breakfast, lunch, cured meats and with smoked salmon. It's very easy to make too.

6 egg

6 tablespoons cream or milk

1⁄2 ts salt

1⁄4 ts pepper

2 tablespoons finely chopped chives

Whisk all the ingredients for scrambled eggs together and fry on a medium heat in 1 tablespoon of butter, until it starts to become a firm mass. Scrambled eggs taste best warm, but work just fine cold too.
