There are many ways to make this delicious Spanish appetizer / tapas dish, but this is one of my favorites. This recipe is suitable for 4 starters.
50 g butter
2.5 dl olive oil
Warm
4 cloves garlic in thin slices
1 dried chili, crushed
1/2 tbsp chicken stock
80 g shrimp
1 handful of finely chopped parsley
Heat butter and olive oil in a saucepan or small frying pan. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the prawns and parsley. Let it simmer until the garlic is golden.
The prawns are peeled and placed in refractory small forms. Pour the mixture over the prawns and garnish with parsley leaves.
Nam! How good it looked! 🙂 Gambas al Ajillo is my favorite 😀 Happy Easter to you and yours 🙂
