Salmon burger with tartar sauce tastes good to both young and old burger lovers and is healthier than meat burgers.
The salmon burgers:
800 g fresh salmon fillet
4 cloves garlic
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 egg
the juice of 1/2 lime
a good handful of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
Mix everything, except the salmon, in a blender and blend until smooth. Chop the salmon into small pieces and mix everything together. Fry in butter in the frying pan and use a roasting ring, if you have one, to get them nicely shaped.
Tartarsaus:
1 bag of mayonnaise
1 ss agurkmiks
3 tbsp capers
1 teaspoon English mustard, or dijon
Slightly finely chopped parsley
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to use.
You can buy burger bread, but homemade tastes much better and you can find recipes for several varieties here .
Serve with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and baked potatoes, which are made as follows:
Drizzle a little olive oil in a long pan and add the mini potatoes. Sprinkle over a little salt and pepper, drizzle over a little more oil and put them in the oven at full blast. When they start to take on a little colour, turn them down to 200 degrees and continue to fry until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
