Salmon tacos taste better than they sound. I really like this variation with fish and homemade salsa. Salmon tacos are quick to make. It only needs to be fried for 2 minutes with spices and oil and no water is added either, as you do with minced meat tacos. This recipe is suitable for 4 people.


600 g salmon fillet, e.g. Salma

4 ss tacokrydder, gjerne hjemmelagd

2 tablespoons neutral oil, eg rapeseed

Season the salmon with taco seasoning and fry it in the oil for 1 minute on each side.


4 tomatoes in small cubes

1/2 gherkin in small cubes

1/4 finely chopped red onion

1 small box of corn

Mix all the ingredients for the salsa and season with salt and pepper

Serve salmon tacos with pockets, taco sauce of your choice, grated cheese and possibly sour cream or guacamole, for which you can find the recipe here .
