Pasta carbonara with salami tastes great and is a personal twist on carbonara.
3 dl fløte
40 g reven parmesan
1 cm hvitløk fra tube
A little freshly ground pepper
Pasta according to your own wishes
Salami, preferably Italian
Whisk together egg yolks, cream, parmesan, garlic and pepper in a bowl.
Boil pasta in a large saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the package, until it is al dente. Pour off the boiling water and add the egg mixture. Let it cook for a few minutes, before adding Italian salami in strips and small, sweet tomatoes, split in half. Stir the mixture together. Serve with grated parmesan, a little freshly ground pepper and garnish with basil.
