Pasta with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes is simple, healthy and full of flavour. The recipe is suitable for 4 people.
Pasta (whichever variant you want) at 4 pers.
3 chicken fillets in pieces
1 pk aromatic mushroom or mushroom
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1 onion, finely chopped
20 mini tomatoes, divided into boats
1 dl water
1 teaspoon chicken stock
Reven parmesan
Parsley
Brown the chicken fillets, mushrooms and onions in a little oil, season with chicken seasoning. Add the tomatoes and leave to simmer for a few minutes, so the tomatoes release the moisture. Add water and funds and leave to simmer for a few more minutes, while cooking the pasta.
Put the pasta on plates, spread the chicken mixture over and give the dish a sprinkle of salt, pepper and parmesan. Pasta with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes is garnished with parsley.
