Mashed potatoes are a bit like pick fish, but have mashed potatoes instead of the white sauce. Mashed potatoes are very child-friendly and easy to like. It goes very nicely with carrot cubes in it as well, either in addition or instead of peas. If you have finished mashed potatoes, you can use it. Otherwise, you can make it like this:

Mashed potatoes:

12 potatoes

100 g butter

Peel the potatoes and cook them tender in water. Mash them and stir in the butter. Add cream until the mash has a nice consistency.

The potato mash fish:

Mashed potatoes of approx. 12 potatoes

600 g boiled fish

1 leek, in strips

1 bag of frozen peas

2 tablespoons butter

200 g grated cheese

Pick the fish meat free of skin and bones and divide into it pieces with a fork. Saute leeks in butter in a pan on high heat for about 5 minutes. Add peas and cook further for 3 minutes.

Turn vegetables and fish into the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mashed potatoes into a baking dish, which is greased with butter, so that the mashed potatoes do not burn and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Gratinate in the oven at 200 degrees, until the top is golden. Serve with crispy bacon and finely chopped parsley or sprouts on top.
