Make your own summer berry jelly, and you will get it with exactly the berries you want. It is not difficult and it tastes good.
14 g gelatinpulver
175 g sugar
6 dl water
600 g mixed berries, raspberries, strawberries, currants, blackcurrants, blackberries, blueberries
1 ss rosevann
Dampen 8 serving forms with water and cover them with plastic wrap.
Boil the sugar in the water and let it boil for 2 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. Take the water off the plate and stir in the gelatin. Set it to cool for 30 min.
Place the berries in the tins and lightly press them together so that it comes below the edge of the tins. Stir the rose water into the lightly cooled sugar sheet and pour the mixture over the berries. Cover with plastic wrap so that the berries do not float up.
Let the jelly stand cold overnight, before it is vaulted onto a serving platter and decorated with cream with a little rose water or vanilla cream. Served with a biscuit or two.
