Sticky pandanris with pineapple

4 slices of fresh pineapple

360 g sticky rice

1/4 can (100 g) coconut milk

60 g sugar

6 g salt

4 g pandanblader

Keep the rice warm while you make the rest of the ingredients. Run the coconut milk and pandan leaves in a blender, until a completely smooth, light green mass. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add salt and sugar. Let it cook on low heat, until a slightly thick porridge, which is mixed with the rice.

Place the rice on a plate and place the pineapple. Decorate with a pandan leaf and a mint or lemon balm leaf.
