Tiramisu is a delicious cake / dessert from Italy. Tiramisu is easy to make and has a slightly adult taste, since it contains both dessert wine and coffee. You can get finger biscuits in most grocery stores.
3 ss sukker
250 g mascarpone
1/4 ts salt
3 dl kald, sterk kaffe (gjerne espresso)
4 ss marsalavin
2 pk fingerkjeks
5 ss revet kokesjokolade
Whisk egg yolks and sugar light and fluffy, add mascarpone and stir the mixture smoothly.
Beat the egg whites stiff with salt. Gently mix the egg whites with the cream cheese.
Put a layer of cream in the bottom of a serving dish. Mix coffee with marsala wine. Quickly dip the finger biscuits in the coffee mixture (be careful not to get too soft) and place them tightly on the cream.
Add a new layer of cream, biscuits dipped in the coffee mixture on top and finish with a layer of cream. Sprinkle grated cooking chocolate on top and cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
If you are going to have guests, tiramisu can be made in the morning and left cold until it is to be served.
