Tuna with sesame potatoes and tomato gremolata

Tuna with sesame potatoes and tomato gremolata is made in about half an hour and tastes really good. Tomato gremolata becomes like vegetables and sauce in one and can be used for most meats and fish species.

Semposter:

Boiling potatoes

Butter

Olive oil

Sesame seeds

Flaksalt

Cut the potatoes into slices 1 cm thick.  (If the shell is nice, it can sit on).

Place them on parchment paper in a baking dish with parchment paper and brush them with a mixture of melted butter and the same amount of oil. Sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 225 degrees, until golden and delicious. Approx. 10 min. Before they are ready, sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Tomatgremolata:

1 pot parsley

2 cloves finely chopped garlic

1 small glass of capers

2 finely shredded spring onions

20 mini tomatoes, divided into 4

2 dl mangoed thick

1 dl lemon oil

1 dl olive oil

Everything is stirred together well and stands and rests at room temperature while frying the tuna.

The fish:

800 g tuna (4 steaks)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Grease the tuna steaks with olive oil, season them with salt and pepper and grill or fry for 2 min. on every page.

Serve tuna with sesame potatoes and tomato gremolata.
