Thai fish wok with shrimp is quick to make and is healthy as well. We think it's nice to make when we've gotten home from work and don't want to cook for a long time.
2 finstrimlede løk
3 finhakkede fedd hvitløk
Slightly neutral oil
2 dl fiskekraft
8 ss soyasaus
4 ss østerssaus
2 ts brunt sukker
1 ts revet ingefær
1 ts finhakket chili
600 g fisk i terninger, gjerne en blanding av rød og hvit
Some fresh bean sprouts
1 finstrimlet paprika
1 finstrimlet purre
100 g pillede reker
Some sesame seeds
1 neve finhakket koriander
Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil in a wok or frying pan with high edges. Stir together fish stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ginger and chili. Pour the mixture over the onion and add the fish. Let the fish soak in the sauce until it is almost ready. Add fresh bean sprouts, peppers and leeks, stir and let it steep for a few more minutes. Sprinkle with shrimp, some sesame seeds and coriander just before serving.
