Chicken skewers of chicken with yellow rice and raita

I have often been thrilled by the intense red colour of some of the dishes in Indian and Pakistani restaurants and now I have found it in an online store. This dish looks exciting and tastes very good.

This recipe is suitable for 4 people.


5 dl Greek yogurt

2 ss masala salt

1/2 ts TRS red food color

800 g diced chicken thigh fillet

Thread the chicken on the skewer, mix the rest of the ingredients, grease the chicken with the mixture and let it marinate in mine. 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Grill the skewers on all sides, until they have received a nice browning, but are still juicy.


Boil jasmine rice for 4-6 people according to the instructions on the package, but add 2 teaspoons of turmeric.
