Homemade bacon burger with coleslaw

Whether you love a burger or not, you should make this one. You have control over what it contains and if you take care of the cooking time, it will be juicy and tasty.

600 g chop dough

1/2 dl cream

4 drops of tabasco

1 ss Worcestershiresaus

1 ts salt

1/2 ts pepper

Mix everything well in a bowl. Form nice burgers and fry them in butter in a frying pan or on the grill, until they have a nice brown color on both sides, but not so long that they become dry.

8 slices of cheddar

4 slices of bacon

4 burger brød

Place the bacon over a baking tray and place them in the oven at 200 degrees until crispy. Make sure they are not burned. Divide them in half.

Divide the burgers in half, place cheddar cheese in both slices and heat them in the oven until the cheese has melted.
