Deer chops taste really good. Since venison is so lean, they can quickly become a little dry, but this recipe makes juicy, tasty cakes.
1 kg ground venison
2 tablespoons potato flour
1 ss salt
2 ts pepper
1.5 dl cream
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tsp thyme
0,5 dl Farris
Knead everything well, shape them and fry them in butter, like regular chops, but make sure they do not fry for too long, so they become dry.
