Indian salad with mango dressing

Salads:

1/2 head iceberg lettuce in fine strips

2 cracked carrots

1 finstrimlet paprika

1 finely shredded onion

1/2 cucumber into small cubes

A little coriander in the salad and a little for garnish.

Dressings:

1 dl matyogurt

1 dl natural yoghurt

3 ss mangochutney

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 clove of garlic

1 dl unsalted cashews

1/2 ts salt

the juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix everything in a blender and run to a smooth mass, or use a hand mixer.

Peanut and sesame sprinkles:

100 g peanut butter

20 g sesame seeds

a little salt

Put everything in a dry frying pan and heat for 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir every minute so it does not burn.

 

Mix all the ingredients for the salad, pour over the dressing and mix well. Sprinkle with peanut and sesame sprinkles and garnish with coriander just before serving.
