Moose koklemos is quick and easy. Koklemos is one of the dinners from my childhood. Looks a bit like stew, but not quite. If you want to make this dish super easy, you can use ready-made stew mixture from the freezer counter.
800 g chop dough of moose
4 onions, coarsely chopped
1 l game power or water and game fund
3 bay leaves
Diced potatoes
Vegetables of your choice, e.g. carrots, yellow / white beets, parsley root and celery root, everything should be diced
Parsley leaves
Salt and pepper
Start by browning the chop dough and onions. Pour into power or water and fond. Add bay leaves, potatoes and vegetables and cook for 30 minutes. Add finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
