Salsa comes from Central and South America and tastes great with most fried and grilled meat/fish.

1.25 dl olive oil

3 tablespoons lemon vinegar

1 handful of coriander, finely chopped

1 handful of parsley leaves, finely chopped

1/2 leek, finely chopped

5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 chili, finely chopped

1/2 red pepper into small cubes

2 tbsp capers

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1/2 ts salt

Mix everything and leave it at room temperature until it is to be used.
