Smoked salmon with Skagen salad is a starter that can be made almost ready in advance, so it is easy to serve to many guests. This recipe is suitable for 8 people and we think it tastes delicious.
400 g smoked salmon
160 g cleaned, chopped shrimp
160 g chopped crayfish tails
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
3 dl fresh creams
3 ss hakket dill
2 tsp mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 slices of country bread
Mix together shrimp, crayfish tails, sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, dill, mustard and lemon juice.
Cut off the crust on the country bread slices and divide them into small croutons. Shake in a hot pan with a little oil. Place them on a paper towel to extract excess oil.
Distribute the salmon slices on plates, place on the Skagen salad and garnish with some trout or salmon roe, bread croutons and dill. You can also serve smoked salmon with Skagen salad on a plate and let the guests help themselves to the desired amount.
