Herring in the green is an old family recipe and my favorite herring.
8 bacon fillets
2 dl mayonnaise
2 dl sour cream
1 small glass of capers
4 ss agurkmiks
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
4 tablespoons finely chopped dill
The fish is diluted, as it says on the package. When it tastes like salt, divide it into suitable pieces and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, capers, cucumber mix, finely chopped parsley and finely chopped dill.
Leave the herring in the fridge for 2 days before eating it.
