Grilled tuna with noodles and Thai salad with mango are both healthy and tasty. I'm lucky enough to get fresh tuna in my Menybutikken at weekends.
Salads:
1 mango, peeled and divided into small cubes
1/2 cucumber into small cubes
1 pepper in small cubes
1 red chili, finely chopped
2 spring onions in fine strips
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 plant coriander, finely chopped
The juice of 1 lime
Mix everything in a bowl. Let the mixture rest while you cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package and grill the tuna.
Dressing:
Grilled tuna with noodles and Thai salad with mango is served with either a little freshly squeezed lime juice, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, hoisin sauce or any other dressing you find tempting.
Tuna:
180-220 g fresh tuna per person
Slightly neutral oil
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds
The tuna is smeared with neutral oil, salted and peppered before grilling. Grill the tuna for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle some sesame seeds towards the end of the cooking time. Place the noodles on the plate with the tuna on top and the salad on top.
