When we have mackerel left after dinner, either fried or grilled, I make mackerel in tomato and it is very popular in our family.
2 dl chiliketsjup
1/2 dl eplesidereddik
1/2 cup sugar
Freshly caught mackerel
I stirred together chili juice, apple cider vinegar, sugar, a little salt and pepper and poured it over the pre-cleaned mackerel. I left it in the fridge until the next morning and served it for breakfast. It became very popular and more exciting in taste than the one you get in a box.
