This recipe is suitable as an appetizer for 2 people or as a main course for 1.
1 boiled lobster
2 ss parmesan
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tassel of fresh tarragon
6 tablespoons avocado cream
6 ss aioli
chives and dill
Drizzle olive oil over the meat. Grate well with parmesan over. Sprinkle with freshly ground salt and pepper.
Put the grill element in the oven on full and grill the lobster until it is thoroughly warm and the cheese is golden. It takes approx. 5 minutes.
Fry the asparagus in butter until tender.
Put avocado cream and aioli on the lobster. Place the asparagus around and on top of the lobster. Garnish with tarragon, dill and chives.
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper
Divide the avocado in half and remove the pulp. Finely chop the garlic and red onion. Mix everything well with a fork or gently with a hand mixer. Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, adjust with a little lemon.
