Indian barbecue skewers with lamb and paneer

This recipe is suitable for 4 people.

800 g lamb strips (or divide eg tenderloin into cubes)

1 glass of optional Indian sauce

2 packets of paneer (Indian cheese)

2 red onions, divided into 4

1 yellow pepper

1 green pepper

Put the meat in the sauce, for marinating for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Thread all the ingredients on skewers and grill dm until they get a nice color on all sides. Make sure that they are not grilled until they are dry.

Served with naan bread, rice, raita and mango chutney.
