I have been so lucky that I have got wild salmon and since it is summer, it is nice to wrap it in foil and put it on the grill.
Clean and wash the salmon well, sprinkle with salt and pepper, both inside and out. Fill it with parsley and butter / spice butter and wrap it tightly in foil, I use two layers.
This salmon is approx. 1.2 kg. The salmon is placed on low heat on the grill (I put it on the bread shelf, which is a little further from the embers), and snuff after about 15 min. After 30 minutes, you can open the foil gently and check if the salmon is ready.
If you do not have a grill, it can be placed in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Served with potatoes and vegetables of your choice. The power that has remained during the grilling tastes good as a sauce, preferably with a dab of sour cream.
